(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) with its registered office located at Oficentro La Sabana, Torre 7, Piso 7, Mata Redonda, San José 10203. Costa Rica. The Website is offered to You conditioned on Your acceptance without modification of the Terms, Conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”).

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users’ personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information of our users when they access and use our ticket seller platform (the “Platform“). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms.

We collect personal information from users when they register for an account, browse the Platform, convert Crypto to FIAT, request a BITSI Card, make transactions with the BITSI Card, engage in communication with other users, or otherwise interact with the Platform.   • User-generated content, such as reviews, comments, and messages exchanged with other users.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, device information, operating system, browser type, and usage data.

COLLECTING INFORMATION

Contact and billing information. When you create an account, convert Crypto to FIAT, request a BITSI Card, we will collect your contact and billing information, such as your name, street address, zip code, email, phone number and credit card number.

Demographic information. We might collect information like your age range, race, or gender, or information about type of merchants and products you buy. We might collect this as part of a survey, for example.

Seller Tax Details. We may collect information from you when you use our services as a seller, including additional identification data such as tax identification numbers, and other required information that you provide.

Other information. We may collect information about the browser and device you’re using, your IP address, your location, the site you came from, the site you visit when you leave us, and how you used or didn’t use our site or app. We may collect this using technology such as GPS and Wi-Fi. The platform contains a timestamp to prevent fraud or people reselling/buying tickets more than once.

WAYS OF COLLECTING INFORMATION.

We collect information directly from you. For example, if you create an account and make a Crypto to FIAT transaction. We also collect information if you post a comment on our websites or ask us a question.

We collect information from you passively. We use tracking tools like browser cookies and web beacons. We also collect information from our apps.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information to provide you with products and services. We use your information to process your order and provide you with customer support. This includes sending you emails about your account. We might also contact you about this policy or our website terms.

To provide you with the information you have requested, or products, services or content you have purchased, used or otherwise engaged with, and to communicate with you about the same. For instance, if you do a conversion from Crypto to FIAT, the Company utilizes your personal information to complete the transaction and to communicate with you about your status or other inquiry.

You may give us your friend’s information, for example via our referral service to tell a friend about our website and our products. OTHER INFORMATION COLLECTED.

Location Data. When you use Company Services we may solicit your permission to collect your location data. Some features within our Services may only function upon confirmation of your location, and therefore such features will not be available if you choose not to provide your location data to us. If you enable location services for our Company Services, we may collect location data periodically as you use or leave open our Company Services. We use such location information for internal purposes and to improve your Company Services experience. Device ID. When you use certain Company Services, we or our Service Provider, may collect your unique device ID. DO WE USE ‘COOKIES’?

Yes. We use “cookies” from time to time to help personalize your online experience with us. ACCESS TO CONTACTS, CAMERA, MICROPHONE, TELEPHONE, AND OTHER APP-SPECIFIC FEATURES

Through the use of our app you will see some prompts to grant us certain permissions for content and functionality on your device. We value your privacy, and our top priority is making sure we keep your data safe and secure. We will never make use of any of these permissions without explicit action by you during the normal use of the app. The permission will not be requested until you use one of the specific features (select to take a photo, load your contact list, etc.).

Our app has a calling feature that lets you connect with friends, family or anyone in your Contacts. This calling feature may also be your microphone and phone so you can place a call and contact others. No information from your contact book leaves your device. All comparisons are made on the app.

THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE

We do not sell or trade to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

Law enforcement, government officials, regulatory agencies, our banks, and other third parties pursuant to a subpoena, court order or other legal process or requirement if applicable to Bitcoin.com; or when we believe, in our sole discretion, that the disclosure of data is necessary to report suspected illegal or fraudulent activity

Whenever you do a transaction, we may be required to share your personal information with a third-party bank, credit card processor or other payment processing services to facilitate completion of your transaction. The payments processor may share the same information with your credit card issuer, bank or payment services account provider for their use in connection with gathering data related to use of their cards, rewards programs or other purposes. BITSI is not liable nor exercises control over any of the interactions between payments processors, issuers, or the like. In certain instances, while utilizing Company Services you may consent to share personal information or receive communications from specified third parties. Upon receiving your consent, BITSI may disclose your personal information to the applicable third parties and subject to such consent may communicate with you accordingly.

We may disclose users’ personal information to the following parties: With service providers who assist us in operating our Platform and providing our services, such as payment processors, customer support providers, Identity Validation Services, Virtual Card Issuers and other financial institutions, and marketing partners. With legal authorities, government agencies, or other third parties as required by law or to protect our legal rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others. In case of a business transfer or change of ownership, we may transfer your personal information to the new owner or successor entity.

Disclosure for Legal Purposes. We may be required to share your personal and non-personal information pursuant to judicial or governmental subpoenas, warrants or orders. If we are required to do so, we will, of course, obey the law.
